the south-eastbridge diagnosis and treatment center (sbdtc) is the first specialized research unit providing health diagnosis and treatment service. she was grounded on the abundant major bridge design experiences of brdi and predominant scientific research of south-eastchinauniversity.
the main business scope of sbdtc: major bridge health diagnosis and treatment, analysis and evaluation, design, consultancy, test and checking, appraisal, reconstruction, strengthening, and comprehensive research of bridges and roads.
sbdtc has first-rate staff: the two academicians with chinese academy of engineering, prof. chenxin and prof. fang qinhan as two counselors; 3 ph.d supervisors; more than a dozen professors, associate professors and senior engineers.
the center has a complete range of talents including bridge engineering, traffic engineering, and road engineering. she has specialized bridge structure laboratories. the center has scored many technical achievements in health diagnosis and treatment and overall research of beam bridges, arch bridges, cable-stayed bridge, and suspension bridges and roads. sbdtc has established long term cooperative relationship with university of chicago at illinois. |
